This 4ply yarn is composed of 75% superwashed Blue Faced Leicester, 25% nylon. The longer staple length and coiled structure of the BFL fibre makes this yarn perfect for colour work, sturdy socks, and heavily used items. BFL yarns also have a soft sheen which is not observed in merino. Each 100g skein is 425m (464y per 3.5oz)
